Role: SAP SuccessFactors / LMS SMEs

Location: Remote
contract (1 year)

Work Timings: Australian Time Zone
Timings : 5 AM - 2PM IST

We are looking for senior-level professionals with experience in:

1. SuccessFactors Employee Central
2. SuccessFactors APIs
3. Mass data updates
4. Report development, including Story Reporting
5. Previous experience with Fieldglass (preferred)

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing Fieldglass integration errors.
2. Performing manual corrections in S/4HANA for replication errors.
3. Updating LMS information for contingent workers.
4. Monitoring records in CORE and LMS access.
5. Analyzing issues and supporting the redesign of the solution.
