We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test with proven experience in mobile automation to lead and maintain regression suites for iOS and Android. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-level automation frameworks, ensuring the quality of mobile applications across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will work alongside internal QA teams and engineering stakeholders, translating testing requirements into scalable, maintainable automation solutions. You will operate within high-performing teams in an environment where technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous improvement are valued.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated regression suites for iOS and Android using Appium.
• Convert manual test cases into integrated automation within Azure DevOps.
• Implement and improve the Page Object Model (POM) in Python-based frameworks.
• Execute test failure analysis and optimize CI/CD cycles in Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Collaborate with the internal QA team on testing strategy design and execution.
• Maintain complete traceability between automated and manual tests.
• Evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies, including AI Agents and BrowserStack.
• Work within a dual-maintenance branch strategy for Android and iOS.

Hard Skills - Must have

• 5+ years of experience in mobile test automation for iOS and Android.
• Expertise in Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.12+ and PyTest.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps — Test Plans, Pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience testing on real devices using BrowserStack or similar platforms.
• Experience with reporting frameworks such as Allure and HTML reporting.
• Professional working proficiency in English — written and verbal.
