As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that support our product, economy, and monetization strategies. You’ll be working on some of the most engaging casual games in the market, helping teams translate massive data sets into actionable insights that directly shape the future of our games.
How will you make an impact with us?
Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities for growth.
Provide strategic recommendations to product, monetization, and design teams based on player segmentation, retention, engagement, and LTV analysis.
Build advanced dashboards and visualizations (primarily in Tableau) to help stakeholders track KPIs and monitor game health in real time.
Collaborate cross-functionally with game teams, data engineering, and economy design to ensure alignment of insights and business goals.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively identify areas for optimization across the player journey — from acquisition to monetization and churn.
Mentor junior analysts and help define analytical best practices within the team.
This is the right job for you if you have:
2+ years of experience as a data/business analyst in a product-driven or gaming organization.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel — must be confident working with large datasets.
Experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool.
Excellent business acumen and the ability to quantify trade-offs, forecast impact, and support ROI-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills — able to clearly present findings to cross-functional teams.
A degree in a quantitative or qualitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, psychology, sociology, etc.).
Surprise us with:
Experience in A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experiment results
Background in mobile gaming, social casino, or entertainment analytics
Hands-on experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics (e.g. LTV, retention, churn predictive models ).
We thought you’d appreciate:
