SENIOR DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development across ServiceNow platforms. The role involves building scalable solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on ServiceNow platforms.
• Build custom workflows, scripts, and automation to support business processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, or related areas).
• Develop Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning components, and flows.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to define technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Support deployment activities and release management processes.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with both ServiceNow development.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and system design.
• Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow development (JavaScript, workflows, scripting, platform configuration)
• REST/SOAP API development and integrations
• Data modeling and enterprise application design
• Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft, Kafka, or similar)
• Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services / Azure
