Senior Director Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to drive the overall marketing vision, positioning, and execution of our business. This is a senior leadership role for a broad marketing generalist rather than a specialist in a single discipline.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across product marketing, go-to-market activities, customer communication, corporate messaging, digital channels, and web presence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field
• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles in pharma/CDMO
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Broad marketing expertise across branding, communications, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry is highly desirable
