About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience across Microsoft .NET technologies, Azure development, DevOps, enterprise integrations, and modern AI-assisted development practices. This role is suited to a highly capable engineer who can design, build, optimize, and deploy scalable applications while contributing to technical planning, release management, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Ideal Profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Web Services, WCF, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, and related frameworks.
- Proven experience in Azure development and DevOps, including CI/CD, YAML pipelines, ARM templates, Function Apps, Logic Apps, storage accounts, Blobs, Containers, Files, Service Bus, Service Fabric, Key Vaults, Cognitive Search, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor.
- Practical understanding of implementing AI coding agents across development pipelines from coding through deployment.
- Strong experience with SSO integrations using SAML 2.0 and identity providers such as Okta, OneLogin, PingIdentity, Google, Centrify, CA, RSA, SecureAuth, OpenAM, VMware, F5, and NetIQ.
- Experience with WS-Federation application integration using ADFS.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and scalable application architecture.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server development, including database schema design, optimization, stored procedures, functions, joins, subqueries, indexes, cursors, jobs, and database backup processes.
- Experience integrating enterprise tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GP, NAV, AX, and RMS.
- Hands-on experience with version control and source code lifecycle tools, including Git, SourceTree, TFS, VSTS, and SVN.
- Strong analytical, design, coding, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Ability to estimate development effort, support project planning, and contribute to tracking and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
- Build, configure, and support Azure services, including CI/CD pipelines, ARM provisioning, Function Apps, Logic Apps, storage services, Service Bus, Service Fabric, Key Vaults, Cognitive Search, and related cloud components.
- Implement and support secure identity and access integrations using SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, ADFS, and major enterprise identity providers.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including schemas, stored procedures, functions, queries, indexes, jobs, and backup processes.
- Integrate applications with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics products.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and contribute to the implementation of AI coding agents across the development lifecycle.
- Manage source code using Git, TFS, SVN, SourceTree, and related lifecycle tools, including pull request reviews and release workflows.
- Support deployments across QA, UAT, and production environments, including health checks, monitoring, and analysis of Application Insights logs.
- Estimate implementation effort, assist with project planning, and contribute to project tracking and execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Continuously explore new technologies and apply them effectively to improve development practices and delivery outcomes.
