Service Requirements

1.4. The Supplier must provide the Services, as described in this Statement of Work, during the Work Order Term.

1.5. The Work Order Objectives for the Services are:

(a) The Objective Security Model must meet these requirements:

(i). User groups based on organisational hierarchy (source: workforce reports)

(ii). Creation of Objective User groups based on Role Group object type

(iii). Population of the Security model

(b) The Information structure must meet these requirements:

(i). An Outputs folder to contain all project work core business outcomes. It will be state based, with ID current and closed folders listed alphabetically by base name followed by base ID number (if applicable)

(ii). Business and administration folders to suit ID business, standardised folder structure across the ID at the Directorate level

(iii). All documents to be under a Virtual File. Objective Structure folder object types must be used

(iv). Existing ID Workgroup External Parties folder will be decommissioned, required data will be moved into the new structure and old permissions removed.

(c) Following population of the Security Model, provide technical assistance/resource to:

(i). design and record a virtual training package on the mapping activity in consultation with the project leads utilising Skype for Business functionality

(ii). Commence data mapping activity from the current structure to the new structure in consultation with the project leads.

(d) Following commencement of the mapping activity, provide technical assistance/resource to:

(i). Design and record a virtual training package on how to use the new structure in consultation with the project leads utilising Skype for Business functionality

(ii). implement the populated Objective security model and information structure

(iii). commence migration of data into the new information structure

Deliverables

1. Develop and populate an Objective Security Model for Infrastructure Division (ID) Objective Workgroup
2. Develop an Objective Information Structure for ID Objective Workgroup
3. (i) Provide technical assistance/resource to design and record virtual training package on the mapping process inconsultation with the project leads.
4. (ii) Commence data mapping activity from the current structure to the new structure in consultation with the project leads.
5. (i) Provide technical assistance/resource to design and record virtual training package on how to use new structure in consultation with the project leads.
6. (ii) Implement the populated Objective security model and information structure.

(iii) Provide technical assistance/resource to commence data migration.
