Role Overview
Lead the company's Regulatory Compliance function across a large, multi-site veterinary services organization. Design and operationalize scalable regulatory compliance programs that ensure adherence to federal, state/provincial, and local requirements. Oversee a team responsible for driving compliance at the practice level.
What You Will Do
Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance, enable hospital teams to meet expectations in their day-to-day operations, and drive consistency in how compliance expectations are communicated, monitored, and reinforced across all locations.

Requirements

- Experience building or leading compliance programs across distributed operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes
Benefits
- Annual Incentive Plan: 15%
- Base salary: $110,000-$140,000
