Senior React Developer

The role

Job description

This is a remote position.

Why this role matters

We’re building a next-generation SaaS platform used by thousands of professionals daily — and front-end experience is everything. From real-time dashboards to high-performance interfaces, we’re obsessed with usability and speed.

We’re hiring a Senior React Developer who cares deeply about user experience, clean architecture, and elegant code. You’ll take the lead on front-end features, collaborate closely with product and design, and help scale our platform as we grow fast.

What you’ll do
  • Build, test, and ship React components for complex, data-rich UIs

  • Collaborate with designers to turn prototypes into real, pixel-perfect features

  • Optimize performance for speed and scalability across browsers and devices

  • Own the frontend architecture — refactor, modularize, and guide improvements

  • Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and accessibility practices

  • Review code, mentor teammates, and help raise the bar on front-end quality

  • Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and shape data flows

Requirements

Who you are
  • 4–6+ years of experience in frontend development with deep React expertise

  • Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, or similar)

  • Comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs and async data handling

  • Eye for detail in UX/UI and a bias for clean, maintainable code

  • Proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative product team

  • Passionate about frontend performance, testing, and staying current with best practices

Nice to have
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tools, or enterprise dashboards

  • Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

Benefits

Why join us
  • Build a product used daily by real customers, not vaporware

  • A team that values code quality and developer experience

  • Autonomy, zero micromanagement, and a supportive culture

  • Competitive salary, equity options, and meaningful bonuses

  • Flexible hours, remote-first setup, and a generous vacation policy

  • Annual learning budget, wellness benefits, and real career growth
