Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a remote position. We are hiring 2 Senior Salesforce Developers to support a large-scale Salesforce program with a strong emphasis on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing [link removed] is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise across analytics, core CRM, and marketing automation, with ownership of complex solutions and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL Lead delivery of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIs Advanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasting, reporting) Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including journeys, automations, and data extensions Develop and manage API integrations and external data pipelines Own deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred) Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performance Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions Produce technical documentation and support development best practices Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: Senior-level Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) Advanced Sales Cloud configuration and automation Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (ESSENTIAL) (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, data extensions) Strong Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Flow skills Proven experience with integrations, APIs, and ETL CI/CD and DevOps experience (Copado strongly preferred) Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models Strong stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have: CRM Analytics Specialist certification Copado Administrator certification OwnBackup experience Experience mentoring or leading technical delivery Benefits Contract Duration: 12 months Rate: Competitive Location: Remote (LATAM) Start: ASAP Originally posted on Himalayas
