The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS utilization. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across Manufacturing, Healthcare, and [link removed] with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment [link removed] candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent [link removed] screening, interviews, and selection [link removed] and optimize the ATS for accuracy, compliance, and candidate [link removed] recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven hiring experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT [link removed] ATS knowledgeExcellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management [link removed]’s degree in HR or related field.
