SMO Executive

This is a remote position.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness andengagement.• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, includingFacebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.• Schedule and publish content across social media channels, ensuring consistencyand optimal engagement.• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, andmanage online reputation effectively.• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videosfor social media campaigns.• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Consoleand generate periodic reports.• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to drive continuousimprovement.• Work with the content team to align content marketing efforts with SEO and socialmedia strategies.• Assist in creating SEO-friendly and shareable content, including blog posts,infographics, and videos.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Management and optimization.• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.• Knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to digital marketing.

• Office hours: 8:30 am to 5:45 pm IST Monday to Friday
• Work Platform: MS Teams
• Mandatory keeping webcam ON during working hours
