Overview

• As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with responsibility in the leading of new products.
• You will be responsible to leader the engineering team, delivery and technical guidance.
• You will be working in a completely in agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, as well as a high-performance team.
• You will be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development.

• Proven experience in engineering teams.
• Proven experience in delivery products
• Proven knowledge about identity providers
• Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL.
• Proven experience with Testing and QA processes
• Clean Code and Clean Architecture knowledge
• Proven experience leading teams and manage people
