Student Customer Delivery (m/f/d/x)

Role Overview

As a student in the Customer Delivery Team, you will support the Customer Delivery Manager in implementing and introducing the EMIL Insurance Suite at insurance customers. You will receive a direct insight into the end-to-end delivery of a SaaS product and be involved in real customer projects from the start.

What You Will Do

You will support in preparing Proof-of-Concept setups for potential customers, receive early insights into the Pre-Sales process, help with the configuration and introduction of our SaaS solution at the customer, and contribute to a smooth Go-Live.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will support under the guidance of experienced team members in troubleshooting and customer inquiries after Go-Live, work on project documentation, and participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• studying business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• first technical affinity and a hands-on mentality
• good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• structured and reliable work habits
