SVP Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-native SVP / Head of Engineering to lead our global technology organisation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be accountable for engineering performance, technology strategy, and delivery across our product portfolio.

What You Will Do

Lead and scale high-performing global engineering teams, define and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goals, drive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovation, own end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operations, embed strong engineering standards, governance, and data-driven decision making, partner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomes, attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent.

• Salary Range: $230,000 - $350,000 + 30% bonus
