Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures group-wide tax compliance across all subsidiaries, covering income tax, VAT, withholding, and local taxes.

Leads tax planning and optimization, advising on restructurings, acquisitions, and new business initiatives to manage risk and reduce tax exposure.

Oversees tax provisions and reporting, supporting accurate consolidated financial statements and required disclosures.

Manages tax audits and regulatory matters, acting as the main liaison with tax authorities and external auditors.

Drives tax governance and leadership, standardizing policies, strengthening controls, and leading the tax team and external advisers.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Strong technical tax expertise, Analytical and problem‑solving skills, Stakeholder management and communication, Leadership and people management, Governance, planning, execution skills

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (most common), Finance, Taxation, CPA
