Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pharma & Tech)

DAWAR CONSULTINGis a US based Consulting & Staffing firm placing top technical and professional talent at Fortune 500 clients across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients, MSP-managed programs and leading VMS platforms, and are growing our India-based recruiting team to support U.S. hiring [link removed] will own full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements — sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards.• Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search.• Screen for technical fit, work authorization (OPT, GC, USC), and compensation alignment.• Submit candidates through VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, Workday) per client SLAs.• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.• Maintain accurate, real-time records in ATS/CRM (Zoho, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, or equivalent).• Partner closely with Managers to understand client needs and optimize submittal [link removed]:• 4–7 years of technical recruiting preferably within Life Sciences and Tech at a staffing firm.• Track record recruiting in Pharma/biotech, Medical Devices, IT, and Engineering• Hands-on experience working with MSP companies like – Magnit, KellyOCG, Manpower• Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms like –Fieldglass, Beeline• Understand U.S. work authorization types – US Citizens, GC, EAD, OPT etc..• Must have recruiting experience in Life Science industry: Medical device, Pharma, biotech• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.• Ability to manage 7–10 requisitions independently during PST hours (US work hours).WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary as per industry standards Performance based incentives/bonus If interested, please send us your updated resume at [link removed].
