Training Documentation Analyst
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred (Recent collegegraduates are encouraged to apply). One to three years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support,business operations, or a related field. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andTeams. Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly materials. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and LearningManagement Systems (LMS) preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Preferred Experience Developing training materials and conducting/presenting end-user training. Creating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and jobaids. Supporting compliance, audit, healthcare, government, or technology-relatedprograms. Creating basic workflow diagrams or process maps using Visio or similar tools.
