Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create business reports that are visually appealing, with clear and consistent storytelling, strong data visualization and infographics.
• Able to understand data and translate to clear visuals and graphics.
• Creates templates and style guides.
• Manages production for business reports and asset design.
• Researches graphic trends to apply creative concepts strategically.
• Produces advanced, clear and strategically creative comps for different solutions and proposals.
• Follows and ensures the integrity and consistency of the brand.
• Communicates with piers to discuss the content for the design of assets.
• Responsible for delivering quality standards for assigned assets.
• Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability.
• Able to execute multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from intake and conceptualization through production and delivery.
• Business design, Data Storytelling and editorial layout experience preferred.
• Highly skilled in PPT / Google Slides, GSites, InDesign.
• Strong skills in layout and design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling.
• English proficiency - mid level (written).
• Excellent time management and organizational skill set. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner. Works well within a team and independently.
• Demonstrated creative judgment and design sensibility.
• Highly proactive.
• Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution.
• Provide and receive objective feedback proactively.
