💰 Commission-only | Unlimited Earnings
💰 Top producers earn $150,000–$750,000+
💰 Residual income that pays you while you sleep
💰 Advancement into leadership with overrides on your team

WHO WE WANT

You don't need an insurance background — but you DO need:

→ A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services, etc.)
→ The hunger to control your own income
→ Coachability — ego kills careers here; the system wins
→ Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
→ Current U.S. residency and work authorization (this role is open to U.S. residents only)
→ A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one (we'll help cover the cost)

• Work inbound and warm leads generated through our proprietary platform
• Conduct needs-based consultations with families seeking life insurance coverage
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Close business, hit your personal income goals, and build a book of residual income
• Track activity in our CRM and collaborate with your team leader
• Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as you build your own team
