Job Summary

PsiQuantum is seeking a Senior Python Developer to architect and build internal automation systems and SaaS-style platforms supporting IT, infrastructure, and security operations.

• Architect and implement backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar).
• Design scalable internal platforms integrating with enterprise systems.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Establish API design and observability best practices.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive architectural improvements.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and backend architecture.
• Experience building enterprise or internal platforms.
• Strong REST API and distributed systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with secure development practices.
• Strong Git-based collaboration experience
