Delivery Manager –Patient Access

YourRole:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and develop our internalEpicClinicalapplicationteams. This roleis responsible foroverseeing day-to-day operations,drivingteam performance, and ensuring that delivery standards forour managed services customersare consistently met. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader withstrongknowledge of revenue cycle processes and healthcare IT.

As aDelivery Managerat Cardamom,youwill:

• Manage and mentor a team of remote analysts focused on supporting Epic revenue cycle and access modules across customers

• Oversee workload distribution, performance tracking, and career development for team members

• Ensure teams are delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and adhering to internal processes and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)across customers

• Alignteam capacity with project needs

• Identifyskill gaps, provide coaching,supportandtraining initiatives to enhance teamcapabilities

• Implement andmaintainbest practices, standards, and operational processes for revenue cycle delivery

• Monitor performance metrics,identifyareas for improvement, and drive continuous operational excellence

• Foster a collaborative,fun, andengagedteam culture

Our idealDelivery Manager will have:

• Epic certification inanEpic Patient Access application (Cadence, Grand Central, or Prelude)

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 2–3 years in a people management role

• Experience managing teams of analystsor technical staff in aconsulting orhealthcare IT environment

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and implement operational improvements

Bonus points for experience with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and access processes
