Mechanical Engineering Lead (Static Equipment) (F-1247-3)

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years experience in Engineering roles specially in Mechanical Equipment discipline, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, at least 3 years in offshore and including 1 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

Primary specialization in Static Equipment design development with knowledge on equipment packages and rotating equipment.

In-depth understanding of various equipment design Codes and Standards

Previous Brownfield and Greenfield engineering and execution

knowledge in both Offshore and Onshore areas.

Proven working experience with relevant international standards, in particular ASME Sec VIII Div.1 & 2, API, UL, NFPA, etc.

Added advantage if possess past experience with equipment fabricator / manufacturer

Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry

Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
