This role requires someone who can build trust with engineering teams, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently drive execution. Identify delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives involving multiple engineering domains.
Manage priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Drive transparency through clear reporting and regular stakeholder communication.
Support engineering teams by improving delivery processes while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum.
Foster healthy collaboration within teams and across departments.
Ensure project documentation and Jira boards remain accurate and up to date.
📚 Your qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development (iGaming)
Experience working on product platform development (not agency or client delivery projects).
Experience managing backend engineering teams in a product company.
Experience coordinating technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), backend architecture and engineering workflows.
Basic understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and release management sufficient to effectively coordinate a DevOps team.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
➕ Nice to have:
Experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
Experience working with high-load distributed systems.
Benefits:
⭐ Time Off & Recovery: 20 working days of fully paid annual leave, fully paid sick leave, and public holidays off according to company policy.
