Sales AI Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales AI Automation Specialist who combines hands-on automation expertise with a strong understanding of sales operations. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimising AI-powered workflows that support the end-to-end sales process, enabling the business to scale more efficiently.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain AI-powered sales automation workflows using [link removed], n8n, OpenAI, Claude, and other modern AI tools. Analyze the client's existing sales process and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial role with a solid understanding of the full sales lifecycle
• Proven experience building business automations using [link removed] and n8n
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows
• Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and workflow logic
• Experience working with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and taking ownership of projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
